Prominent Kashmir cleric and Vice president of Jamat Ahlihadith Mushtaq Ahmad veeri was booked under Public safety act on Thursday. Mushtaq,who hails from veeri village of Bijbehara was arrested during a crackdown launched by the government against religious and political leaders from his home on 22 February and lodged in Bijbehara police station. An official said that the authorities booked him under PSA on Thursday and shifted him to Kotbalwal jail in Jammu.
